Why Do I need a License?
You are unauthorized to use any Cowa House Digital Products without purchasing a license, and by doing so, agreeing to our End User License Agreement (EULA). Using any Cowa House Digital Products without the correct license, or in any manner outside the capacity described in our EULA and the table below, would be to infringe on Cowa House's intellectual property and would make you subject to potential legal action.
Do I need multiple licenses for different uses?
Say you want to use a Cowa House licensed asset for a Commercial Project, so you buy the Commercial License. Great! But then you want to use the same licensed asset for your grandma's birthday card; do you have to buy a separate Personal License? In this case, no! The Commercial License is plenty. With any purchase of a Commercial, Logo, or Webfont, you may also use the same licensed asset in a Personal capacity. Happy Birthday, Grandma!
When it comes to Commercial, Logo, and Webfont Licenses, you must purchase each license that corresponds with your usage of that licensed asset. Failure to do so would make you subject to potential legal action.
A Webfont Licensed asset can be embedded, in a non-logo capacity, in:
- One website, commercial or non-commercial
- One native app, web app, or game

A Personal Licensed asset can be used:
- in non-commercial projects
- in End Products not for sale
- on ONE social media account with non-commercial activities
A Commercial Licensed asset can be used in a non-logo capacity:
- Up to 5,000 physical or digital end products for sale
- One business social media account owned and managed by the licensee
- Unlimited physical advertisements for local markets
- Digital paid advertisements with unlimited impressions

- Logo Designs for one business
- within Logo on unlimited end products for sale
- the same one business's social media account

By purchasing any Cowa House Digital Products, you are agreeing to our End User Licensing Agreement (EULA). Every file download will include a copy of our EULA for your records. We recommend you read it to ensure you're using Cowa House Digital Products within the terms outlined in our Agreement!
